We, W.A.S Wietmarscher Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ostaszewo 57a, 87-148 Łysomice are the Administrator of your personal data.

We have appointed a Data Protection Handler whom you can contact regarding the protection of your personal data and the exercise of your rights by e-mail: iod@was.pl or in writing to the address of our registered office as indicated in point I.

Purposes and grounds for processing

in order to send you marketing information and all kinds of offers and information related to the Company's activities on the basis of your consent (basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO[I]):

in order to implement the contract of cooperation between your company and our Company;

for the purpose of negotiating a contract, sending an offer or providing information regarding our Company's offer;

for the performance of concluded contracts;

for the fulfilment of public law obligations imposed on us by top-down decisions.

for archive (evidential) purposes in order to secure information in the event of a legal necessity to prove the facts, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO);

external accounting firms on the basis of an entrustment agreement, companies providing hosting services to the Company, companies providing digital marketing services; entities entitled to obtain the data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities - of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis

Transfer of data to third countries or international organisations
We do not transfer your data outside of the Polish/EU/European Economic Area, but should the need arise, we will take the necessary measures to secure your data.

Period of data storage

We store your data collected for the purpose of concluding a contract for the period of contract negotiation and until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted us regarding the conclusion of a contract.

we process your data obtained in connection with the conclusion of a contract until the end of the statute of limitations for post-contractual claims

we store your basic contact data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose, withdraw your consent if we have processed them on the basis of so-called marketing consent, or we ourselves determine that they have become obsolete.

The right to erasure. If, in your opinion, there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it.

the right to restrict data processing - you can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data only to the storage of the data or the performance of activities agreed with you, if you believe that we have incorrect data about you or are processing it unfoundedly; or you do not want us to delete the data because it is necessary for you to establish, assert or defend your claims; or for the duration of any objection you have raised to the processing of the data.

you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format

if you believe that we are processing your data in contravention of the law, you may lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data;

at any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of those personal data that we process on the basis of your consent. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
